Complaints Procedure

Do you have a complaint about our office?
Should you be at all unsatisfied with our services, we are eager to speak with you about it. If you have been left with a bad feeling after interacting with one of our staff, we would like to discuss this with you to clear up any misunderstanding and improve our level of care.

It makes sense for you to first talk to the staff member who you believe is responsible for this. Should you then be unable to resolve matters, or if your complaint is too serious to be discussed directly with them, then you can turn to the Complaints Officer at CortoClinics. You will receive confirmation of your e-mail from us, and we will see to it that the complaint is discussed with the employee in question within a week and that we then contact you to discuss the outcome.

If you are still not satisfied, you can submit a written complaint to Klachtenportaal Zorg, which CortoClinics is a member of.
